Bro Osman and Sis Enon were involved in conducting a Marriage Guidance Course at the Muslim Converts' Association of Singapore (MCAS), then the Islamic Religious Council Singapore (MUIS) and then the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sport (MCYS) in the 1990s.
