Printing Services
We kindly ask that you review our policies before placing an order with Rawther Enterprise. When ordering a wedding card, Sticker and gift bag, we require a 75% deposit before we print. Once printing has started, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Once we placed your wedding gift order, the wedding card package is non-refundable. We also permit a maximum of 10 changes after the draft is ready. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product in a timely manner, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Our Printing service provides quality envelopes for all customers. To ensure a high standard of service, full payment must be received before delivery. If any damage is found within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue. Refund Policy
All damaged printed material must be reported within 48hrs after the delivery for a full refund.
In order to exercise Your right to return, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing us at info@rawtherenterprise.com.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
