Anyone using this website to purchase our product and services is not required to register an account. However, this website provides servicers and purchasing of products only to residents residing in Singapore at this moment.
Placing an order and payment
Printing of wedding card
1. Currently, we only print Malay wedding cards. 2. You are required to submit the wedding invitation form before we can start drafting the cards. 3. We will allow five insertions/changes of information upon the release of the artwork. Any additional insertion or modification of information after the maximum allowed will impose an additional $12.00 for the service. 4. You are required to state "proceed for printing" when there are no longer any insertions or changes to be made. 5. All payment is made via PayNow. 6. No cancellation refund when your order is submitted for the printing process. 7. All printed Wedding cards are inclusive of a White envelope, digital wedding card, and delivery
Ready Design
8. Ready Design is an option if you decide to print independently, but we will do the artwork for you in PDF print format.
Digital Wedding Card
9. The digital wedding card is free when you print your wedding card with us. We will make the amendments for free if there are any changes in the wedding reception due to the event's cancellation. 10. We provide Digital Wedding Card for those who are sending a digitalised invitation to their guest.
Refund Policy
All damaged printed material must be reported within 48hrs after the delivery for a full refund. In order to exercise Your right to return, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing us at info@rawtherenterprise.com We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
